Main body:
The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen with island and a nice wooden table, a cozy living room with sofas and SMART TV, stereo B&O and reading corner, with fireplace, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower.
– The first floor of the main house consists of a bedroom with double bed and B&O stereo, a room with two single beds with SMART TV and playstation 4, a bathroom with bathtub, a bathroom with shower. Access to the outdoor terrace with table football and ping-pong.
The inner courtyard connecting the two houses has a covered terrace with table and relaxing hammock.
– The main floor of the second house is equipped with a second kitchen with SMART TV and music system B&O, round table for tastings and access to the cellar dug under the ancient walls of the village, Wine cellar with wines from the territory and Prosecco available to pay at the end of the lease according to consumption.
The first floor of the second house consists of a sitting area with SMART TV, a bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with shower.
Outside you can enjoy the sunny private garden (600 m 2) with green lawn and swimming pool, organize delicious dinners or light up the barbecue for unforgettable evenings. With side access electric driveway to the main house, courtyard with garage.
